And when we do, I like to journal about it, but I don’t normally share my journals so I think Blogging is the way to go, that way you can all join along the fun of our trip with us.
In 2012 we did a trip, Aussies like to travel around Australia and they usually call it the “Big Lap” so we did a half lap, we drove from Melbourne to South Australia, then right up the middle to the top Darwin and then back down to the Queensland border and then across to the coast up as far as The Daintree and Cape Tribulation and then back down the coast and in land through New South Wales. It took us 8 weeks, we towed a trailer full of camping gear and lived in Southern Cross tents. At first I was dubious about “roughing it” but now I cant wait to go again, we had the best time of our lives. So many happy memories and fun experiences. Like my birthday in Darwin on a Jumping crocodile tour and sunset dinner on the beach at the Mindil Markets, eating crocodile hamburger and Buffalo hamburgers. And flying over Uluru in a helicopter. So all my travel blogs will go in this section with photo galleries as well.
